We are a very friendly group and we meet every Tuesday, unless it follows a Bank Holiday, in the Millennium Centre in St Helens.

The group has a broad range of knowledge and abilities and no-one is a complete beginner. It would not be suitable for someone wishing to start learning the language. We do not follow a course but do aim to revive, practice and improve our knowledge of French and France in as stress-free environment as possible. Hopefully there is something for everyone in the group, especially enjoyment.

There are 16 in the group, in the rare event of us all attending. We have reduced the group’s size since the pandemic and have now had to close our waiting list.
