To promote open and frank, but polite, discussion in a friendly atmosphere and team lead environment whilst acknowledging an individuals right of voice.
We believe everybody has their own thoughts and a right to voice them. Do not be put off that the level of discussion might be too "technical" for you, we are just ordinary people having a sociable chat with each other. There is no rigid guidelines and deviation is acceptable. Holding the meeting in my house, we feel, provides a more homely and friendly atmosphere than the more formal environment of meeting rooms.
