We are a small, friendly and supportive group looking for some new members. Our abilities are wide ranging so you don`t have to be another Leonardo, just enjoy drawing and painting etc. in whatever way you wish.

We provide all our own materials and you can work in any medium, the only stipulation is that you do not use oil paints (the genuine ones that require turps, oil or a painting medium) as the fumes can have a serious adverse effect on some people.

Regarding subject matter, we paint/draw what we want. Some bring in plant specimens or work from photos or drawings or from `how to paint` books. The choice is yours.

Guidance and instruction is available if you are a complete beginner or need a little confidence but members are free to work on their own project and ideas.
